100% coconut oil with essential oils for good smell. Coconut-oil is one of the most healthy oils for your skin, and is a pleasure to give massage with.

One of the properties of coconut oil is that it is getting solid below around 20 degrees celcius, so please keep the oil in a warm place, either close to an oven or in a hot water bath. If it stiffens, it becomes white, but you can warm up the oil at any time to make it liquid again. Please remember also that it is very comfortable for the person to recieve massage to get warm oil on their skin.
